Reimer Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Robert came to my apartment building on February 28. One of the tenants said that she didn't have heat. Robert checked the boiler and found that it was working perfectly. He then went to her apartment to investigate. He discovered that she did indeed have heat but that the thermostat had been wired incorrectly. He rewired the thermostat and everything is working fine. Robert was extremely professional and continued to investigate even after discovering that nothing was wrong with the boiler. I highly recommend this company!

Nate provided truly excellent service — he has a lovely disposition and he diagnosed our problem quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated that he was fine about my hovering while he worked (I really like learning what I can from skilled tradespeople). Booking the appointment was also a positive experience: the receptionist was personable and set reasonable expectations in the nicest possible way. This is my first experience with the company and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I previously posted about how quick Reimer came out when my furnace. Andrew was great! Then The next day Mark and Danne came out to install the new furnace. They were very professional and friendly. They ran a few things differently as they told me there were some things the original installer did that were not up to code. They walked me through the new system installed a new digital thermostat that actually gets me a rebated check from the utility. Plus a rebate from National fuel for the new high efficiency furnace. They cleaned up everything and removed all the old stuff. I am very happy with the service and the quick response and completion of the urgent situation of furnace dying in February. It certainly isn’t something you want to experience but if you do I would not hesitate to get Reimer on the horn as they like to say! Thank you again. For the great response and work!

Josh did an excellent job at installing flex pipe to replace a portion of copper pipe on our upstairs toilet that was leaking. Mike came out the previous night as well to stop the leak before it could be fixed the following day. Kudos to both of you! Will definitely use Reimer again in the future if there is a need. Had my water heater quit on me and I couldn’t be happier with whom I chose to handle the problem. Joe Neuhaus from Reimer, Inc. was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Since my water heater was old, he suggested a tankless, on-demand one that came with special rebates. The installation was conducted the next day and I couldn’t be happier. Special thanks to Mike, who handled all the components of the installation (including removal of the old unit), and did a great job with constructing the small wall on which it stands. Evan was awesome with dealing with my cobwebs in the basement while feeding piping across the ceiling. Finally, the electrician, Patrick, came to complete the electrical part of the job. I would highly recommend Reimer for any of your home needs. They were excellent. Informative, friendly, and professional.

The customer service and work done by the employees was out of this world. My boiler went down last night and not even 24 hours later I had a whole new fully functional boiler system up and running. The team walked me through the whole scope of work and details of the unit once it was up and running. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends and anyone whoever needs HVAC work in the future. Very pleased and happy with it all.

We had an emergency sewer backup that was flooding the basement with sewage. The house is 125 years old and the storm drain and sanitary sewer run together, so I was watching the water level rise!!! Contacted Reimer via website form and got an appointment in a few minutes. Later on the same Saturday Mike McQueen arrived and assessed the situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He got right to work in 20 degree windy weather. Worked on the problem non-stop for a couple hours. He had to open the front clean-out that was both welded AND frozen. Got it done and all is well. The value for his time spent and efforts to do the job right was SOOO worth it. Reimer is now my go to place from now on. Excellent value for the price.

Seth was my technician for my routine furnace maintenance appointment. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!
